We are a full service Independent Clinical Laboratory with CLIA Certification (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988) and with a Certificate of Registration through Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA). Being enrolled in COLA’s accreditation program, allows us to ensure that our staff gets the educational resources needed to provide excellence in laboratory diagnostic and patient care. Also, as part of this program we are able to keep track on new trends and technologies in laboratory medicine and to meet federal CLIA and state regulatory compliance. Through COLA’s consultation services, we ensure that no compliance question is left unanswered so that we can provide the best patient care to our clinical community.

We offer an extensive test menu covering the specialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Toxicology, Urinalysis, and Microbiology. Our team of experienced and bi-lingual (English/Spanish) phlebotomists will draw and/or collect samples at the comfort of your home or facility in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Hardee, Manatee, De Soto, and Sarasota counties. Our main laboratory and collection site in West Tampa, offers a fast service for walk-in patients or by appointments. We accept all major insurance companies and we have affordable pricing for self-pay patients. We provide 24/7 emergency collection services with turnaround time of less than 4 hours. Our accurate routine tests results as well as emergency test results are available to the ordering provider within hours of collection through our providers’ web portal, by fax, email, or EMR.
